Catholic University uses multi-factor authentication (MFA) to enhance the security of its systems. With multi-factor authentication, you use two of three "factors" to log into a University system:
- something you know (like a password or PIN), and
- something you have (like a smartphone), or
- something you are (like your fingerprint or face).
